It definitely needs some aging, but is surprisingly smooth and subtle fresh out of the bag. Doesn't bite but can get harsh, hot, and uruly if abused. All that to say, I'm actually really, really pleasantly surprised. With so many blends available that are basically slight deviations from other blends on the market, it's rare to find a blend that is quite unique from all others, but I believe this blend to be one. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this blend that will only get better with age. So does a very lightly applied fruity red wine-like essence. My advice, quit your bellyaching and stump up the cash for this blend, you wont regret it and if you do theres going to be someone out there thatll happily take it off your hands.
